GG Enterprises operates in the agricultural and allied farming sector. Payments made to the Company are primarily for:
Participation or investment in farming projects
Agricultural services and related operational costs
Due to the nature of agricultural activities, most transactions are non-tangible and non-reversible once initiated.
All payments made to GG Enterprises are generally non-refundable.
Once funds are allocated to farming activities (purchase of livestock, feed, infrastructure, labor, etc.), refunds cannot be claimed.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by the customer
Payment made due to a technical error
Transaction failure where amount is debited but service is not initiated
Such refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by GG Enterprises.
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original mode of payment.
Since GG Enterprises does not sell physical consumer goods, returns are not applicable.
Livestock, farming services, or investment participation once initiated cannot be returned, transferred, or reversed.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted before the investment or service is initiated.
Once farming operations have commenced, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Any administrative or processing charges incurred prior to cancellation may be deducted.
Any taxes, government levies, or transaction charges applicable to refunds shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
